DESCRIPTION
Understanding of freedom should not be confined to its sheer presence or absence. It transcends the binary perspective—an immersive experience we inhabit, relish, deplete, and endure.
Within both the internal and external domains, freedom carries a weighty responsibility. The fundamental concept of the work lies in the contemplation of this idea.
The piece is set as a meditative point; it takes form through temporarily transforming the physical space into a shapeshifting play set to one of architectural. Modernism’s highest goals: to dematerialize the wall and seamlessly connect interior to exterior. It seeks to explore freedom within the public domain, aiming to establish connections between its exercise and its environment by creating a temporary place for communication that would perhaps show impulses for further transformations and dialogue.
